Cut Off Times

1. Last run-through-time at the first relay changing point is at 11:35am. Runners, who arrive after this time at this point are taken by the bus to the starting/finishing area. In case of relay teams, the 2nd runner will be allowed to start earlier than the 2nd runner arrives. The time difference will be added to the finishing time.

 

2. Last run-through-time at the "Klein-Veitsch-Alm" is at 2:15 pm. Runners, who arrive after this limit at this point (= second changing point) are taken by bus to the starting/finishing area.

In case of relay teams, the 3rd runner will be allowed to start earlier than the 2nd runner arrives at the Klein-Veitsch-Alm. The time difference will be added to the finishing time.

 

Gentlemen's Agreement: Runners older than M/F 65 who arrive after 2.15pm are not allowed to continue the race but will be considered in the result list. Those who arrive before 2.15pm and want to run the total distance are allowed to do so.


Journey

Coming from Vienna or Bruck/Mur on the S6, leave at "Mitterdorf im Mürztal" and then drive 6km towards Veitsch (please look at the direction signs)


Parking places | Places for coating and washing

There are sufficient places for parking in the near of the event.

 

The Indoor swimming pool of the JUFA Veitsch can be used after the run for free (2 hours).

 

Changing clothes: It worked out to now that the runners give their changing clothes with their relay team to be able to have dry clothes at the changing points. It is also possible for marathon runners.

 

Important: Write your names or starting numbers at the bags.

 

The boxes for the changing points are to be found in front of the finishing tent in the morning, marked with "1. Wechsel" for the first changing point and "2. Wechsel" for the second finishing point.

If you want to deposit something at the changing points the box from the 1. Wechsel is arriving at the latest noon time in the finshing area and the box from the 2. Wechsel at the latest 3.30pm.

Additionally there is the possibility to camp directly near the event area (toilets and washing facilities nearby, no shower).

 

JUFA Veitsch (incl. indoor swimming pool, sauna, wellness). The ealier you make a reservation, the better!


Protests and Result lists

Protests have to be brought in until 15 minutes (in writing) after the event.

Protest fee: 40,- €

 

Result lists are available after the award ceremony (only provisionally). They are also available in the internet after the event.


Adhesion

The Organizer doesn't take over however constituted adhesion, also not apposite third.

Straßenverkehrsordnung

The runners must take to their knowledge, that with the run the regulations of the

"road traffic regulations from 1960" (in German: Straßenverkehrsordnung von 1960) have to be kept in every detail. With the registraion this information has been recognized by the runners.


Attention

When you are dropping out (giving up), please announce this at a refreshment area and in the starting/finishing area immediately (finishing tent). If you don't do this, and the mountain rescue team is searching for you, they will charge you the costs.
